Annual general meeting for the period 2016-2020 in Mien Trung Mineral Join Stock Company

On 24 April 2016, Mien Trung Mineral Joint Stock Company annual meeting of share holders for the period of 2016-2020 was held at Hoa Dao Meeting Center – Saigon Kim Lien Hotel – Vinh City.
The following matters were reported and approved during the meeting :
1.Acknowlegement of the Board of Directors’ Report for period of 2011-2015 operations and The Resolution for the period of 2016-2020
2. Acknowlegement of the Business report of year 2015 and business plan fro 2016, presented by the Director.
3. Voted and approved the new Board of Directors and the new Audit Committee for the period of 2016-2020.
4. 2016-2020 Resolution :
– Finalize all the formalities for getting in function the new mine Thung May.
– Investing in the Calcium Carbonate Chip size production lines and the calcium carbonate powder Chinese production line.
– Completing the formalities for the company for going Public.
– Investing in the new factory in Tan Ky.
The resolution of the period 2016-2020 has been approved and voted by 100% all shareholders in attendance and having the right to vote.
